Given the nature of our platform (SEN support for children and young people), you must not upload any Content that could identify, harm, or endanger a child or vulnerable individual. We reserve the right to remove any such Content immediately and to report it to relevant authorities.
The AI Resource Generator is an optional feature that uses the Anthropic Claude API to produce personalised educational resources based on parameters you supply (such as topic, age group, SEN focus, difficulty level, teaching framework, and an optional child's first name).
Your ability to generate resources depends on your subscription tier. Free accounts receive a limited number of generations per calendar month. Paid tiers receive a higher allowance. Usage resets on the first day of each calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
When you use the AI Resource Generator, the parameters you provide are transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (the provider of the Claude AI model) solely to generate the requested resource. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and API usage terms. We do not send your email address or account identifier to Anthropic. Please do not include full names, dates of birth, school names, or other directly identifying information about any child in the input fields.
AI-Generated Content produced via the Service is made available to you for your personal or professional educational use. We make no claim of copyright over AI-Generated Content. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-Generated Content before use and for ensuring it is appropriate for the individual learner.
AI-Generated Content is produced by an automated system and does not constitute professional educational, psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. It should be used as a starting point and reviewed by a qualified professional before being applied to support a learner's individual needs. MycoBloom Ltd accepts no liability for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-Generated Content.
AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable content. We do not guarantee that AI-Generated Content will be error-free or appropriate in all circumstances. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the AI Resource Generator at any time.
You retain full ownership of any Content you upload to the Service.
By uploading Content to the Service you grant MycoBloom Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, host, display, process, and adapt that Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. This licence terminates when you delete the relevant Content from the Service, except to the extent we are required to retain copies for legal or regulatory purposes.

Content you upload may be visible to other registered Users or to the public, depending on the platform feature used. You are responsible for reviewing visibility settings before uploading.
Account registration is handled by Auth0, our third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at charlotte@mycobloom.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Where the Service includes paid subscription tiers, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP. MycoBloom Ltd does not store your full card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy and terms. All prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.
The Service may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites or services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
