Given the nature of our platform (SEN support for children and young people), you must not upload any Content that could identify, harm, or endanger a child or vulnerable individual. We reserve the right to remove any such Content immediately and to report it to relevant authorities.
You retain full ownership of any Content you upload to the Service.
By uploading Content to the Service you grant MycoBloom Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, host, display, process, and adapt that Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. This licence terminates when you delete the relevant Content from the Service, except to the extent we are required to retain copies for legal or regulatory purposes.

Account registration is handled by Auth0, our third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Where the Service includes paid products or features, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. MycoBloom Ltd does not store your full card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy and terms. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
The Service may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites or services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.
